Junior Route Setter

We’re looking for a Junior Route Setter to join our setting team. In this entry-level role, you’ll learn the art and safety of route setting from experienced mentors while helping design engaging boulder problems across our four facilities. No route setting experience is required we will teach you everything there is to know.
