Designed to develop strong, fit and skilful climbers to ensure better climbing performance and longevity.

What Does Boulder Stronger Cover?

  • Proper warm-up exercises
  • Climbing drills and performance techniques
  • Strength, conditioning and antagonist training
  • Essential cool down exercises and stretches

Per Class:

Boulder Basics and Boulder Stronger (1.5hr) - $40 Members ▲ $50 Non Members

 

Boulder Stronger 4 week Performance Packages:

Members

  • 2 sessions per week - $280
  • 3 sessions per week - $420

Non - Members

  • 2 sessions per week - $360
  • 3 sessions per week - $540

Performance packages must be paid upfront


NOTE: Portside Boulders membership holders cannot elect Boulder Basic or Boulder Stronger classes as their monthly/weekly class. See the Studio Classes for classes covered by memberships.
